Pavement @ The Greek
The band is likely to go down in history as one of the greatest alternative rock bands of all time, with a timeless songwriting, a fun and playful vibe still there, and being very tight as a musical unit after such a long break.
The Greek is my new favorite venue for shows, providing a perfect canvas for the bands with its backdrop of concrete and huge pillars. Subtle lighting adds so much to the feel and look, and this was done tastefully.
I had tickets to see Wilco at the Greek last year but had to miss that to attend a wedding. After seeing this show, I am sooo bummed I went to that damn wedding. I definitely missed out.
It won't happen again!
